When you close the browser window that has the applet code in it with
the ImageJ applet still open there is a problem the next time you run
the applet. On the next execution you cannot open windows such as the
B/C window and you cannot close the ImageJ applet itself.
To reproduce:
* Go to
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/applet/ * Open any of the sample images
* Open the B/C window (ctrl + shift + c)
* Close the browser window that started the applet
* Try opening the applet again with an image and the B/C window
or try closing the ImageJ applet.
I am not sure if this is just a Java problem or something else. Any ideas.
