I love the PushTool!

But what exactly does the Window Level Tool do?  Is it changing the
slice position in a stack?  Or does window level have a different
meaning I don't know.  Sorry for being dense.
Also, I don't find it a the link provided.  Is there another link
where the Window Level Tool is posted?
