Hi,
for the isolines, try the Contour_Plotter plugin,
http://rsb.info.nih.gov/ij/plugins/contour-plotter.html.
To normalize an image, divide all the pixels by the maximum
(Process>Math>Divide) and multiply by 100 (Process>Math>Multiply).
