Volume Slicer Macro

Dear List,

I have written an interface to Kai Uwe Barthel's Volume Viewer plugin
for setting up batch-mode rendering jobs, for example to slice through a
3D stack or to rotate it around the x or z axes any number of degrees
(or all at the same time!). It is an extension of the macro that is
published on the plugin's page on the ImageJ site,
