Learning Image J

You people are going to kill me because I'm sure this has been
answered a million times before (I am new to this list) but.......
Are there any good materials for learning Image J (tutorials,
handbooks, etc) and figuring out what is available in the program? I
have gone through the wonderful manual from Tony Collins at Wright
and am ready for the next step.
Can you tell me how to search the archive?
This is a core facility and I think Image J is the way to go but
there is so much to learn.
