Dear friends,
I have some stacks of in vivo two-photon fluorescence images of olfactory bulb, and I want to restored more details of neuronal structure via image restoration algorithms such as iterative constrained Tikhonov-Miller (ICTM),Richarson-Lucy deconvolution,Blind Deconvolution(BD),et al.However, the image of PSF is not available either theoretically or experimentally, and I could not obtain better result. So where can I find a theoretical PSF image of two-photon laser scanning microscopy?
I appreciate your comments or suggestions on this subject.
thanks in advance,
Hongmin
