This was discussed recently; it is not a problem, it's just not as good as it
could/should be.
The shortcomings I mention below may put some people off, depending on how
they may expect to use the camera.

plugin or a macro, and also 2) be able to grab averaged frames from within
IJ.
QImaging are aware of this wishlist and I offered to test it if required, but
I am not sure how keen are they are to implement these.
In fairness, they resolved one problem I found (it rescaled automatically the
contrast range, making impossible to do ratio image background correction),
so there is always hope that they will come up with those improvements.
