measurements of mean grye value and auto-update in macro

hello

i work with the macro and i'd like to make it to read grey value from
specified rois and use those values for calibration of optical density.
when i use macro recorder all works fine except that it do not update
measured values of grey level for each next image.

how to make it to automatically update the measurements and calibrate OD
for each single image?

please, help is highly appriciated.
