Segmenting MRI stack into a 3D point cloud

Dear all,

I was wondering if anyone knows of a segmentation plugin that allows manual
or semi-manual segmentation of stacked MR images into a 3D point cloud.  I
like to save the output as a .stl format for 3D geometry creation and
meshing.  Thanks.
