gel analysis

Dear List,

when analyzing DGGE-gels I came across with the ROI-manager and the
Multi-Measure plugin. Both excellent tools, but designed to measure averages
only. My question: is it possible to add/modify one of these tools in a way
that allows to get the profile-data that I can produce with
Analyze/Plot_Profile/List? However, as a multi-column-table? I can do this
manually and step-by-step, but integrating this feature into ROI-manager or
Multi-Measure would make the procedure less error-prone!
