Adding LUTs

I have a group of LUTs from other sources, as well as one or two I
generated myself. They are in the ..\ImageJ\LUTs folder, but I don't see
the OEM LUTs there, or anyplace else in the ImageJ folder or subfolders.
Two questions...

(1) Where do the LUTs reside?

(2) How do I get additional LUT's to be displayed in the Image/Lookup
Tables menu?

I have The LUT Panel 2.2 plugin and have used it, and I know how to
import a LUT, edit it and save it, but don't know where to save it to in
order to have it be in the dropdown menu.
