feed url to ImageJ applet

hi,

I'm pretty new to ImageJ.

I'd like to lookup an dicom image url/urls (if the slices of a 3D study
ase stored in separate files) in a database of a pacs server and then
open the study in ImageJ - all of this accessible from a web page (a
form to enter the study uid..).

The problem is, I don't know how to feed the file/files urls I get from
the pacs to ImageJ applet.

I tried to look this up in the documentation and google it, but without
any success.

Could someone help me?
