dear list members,

in my lab we use 2pm fluorescence microscopy to investigate ca
concentrations in cultured cells and living tissue via intensity changes of
Ca^2+-sensors (organic fluorescent molceules as well as FRET-based
genetically encoded Ca^2+-sensors). i am searching for a plugin (or another
simple way)), that allows me to calculate for a time series of pictures the
following image: (image F(t) - image F(t=0))/image F(t=0). The images are
in .tif format.
