What version of ImageJ were you using and what version did you upgrade
to? Are you using JFileChooser (Edit>Options>Input/Output) to open
files? Are you using Java 1.5? JFileChooser works a lot better in Java
1.5. Note that you can also open multiple files by dragging and
dropping them on the "ImageJ" window or on the ImageJ icon.
