Hi Roland,
I've tried CT/SPECT fusion on ImageJ, but I didn't go further.
The plugin I wrote plugin is based on an applet you can find on this page:
http://www.emory.edu/CRL/abb/AlphaBlend/brain1.htmlIt works on RGB Image, and It assumes that both scans are registered, I
can send you the source if you are interested.
