Hi,

I am trying to use ImageJ for CT based volumetry of
organs, and for comparison of different imaging
modalities as well in future. I wonder if anybody has
idea for these problems:

1. When I select a region of interest on a slice with
polygon selection tool or yawi2d plugin, and I want to
copy it to a new stack, how can I achieve that it
stays in the exact same (correlating) position,
without nudging it with arrow keys.

2. is there a plugin which calculates volume directly
from the new stack, which is an 8 bit image,
preferably without any tresholding etc., based upon
just the dimension of the voxels, or is there a plugin
like Volume Viewer which calculates volume at the same
time?

Thanks in advance,
Roland Makay
