There is a work-around that should let you use the cell-counter until Kurt
has an opportunity to develop a solution.
You should be able to see the Java Cup menu at the top left of the plugin on
the right edge of your screen. Click on it and select Move. Then, use the
left-arrow key to move the main body of the plug-in dialog into view on the
screen.
I think you'll find it to be an extremely useful plug-in.
