Pseudo Flat Field Correction Plugin

I have installed the Pseudo Flat Field plugin, accessed under Plugs->Filters->Pseudo Flat Field.  
When I use it on a color image, the macro error message 'No window with the title "flat (red)" found'
appears three times followed by '"[imagefilename-copy (red)" is not a valid choice for "image1:"',
followed by '"flat (red)" is not a valid choice for "image2."'  Is there a way to use this plugin with color
images, or is this a bug?  Thanks.
