Chamfer Matching Algorithm

Dear All,

I am looking for the ImageJ Plugin which performs Chamfer Matching.
Anyone knows where I can find it?

Can anyone give me the algorithm for the last step (Finding the
Transformation Parameters X, Y, Theta) of the Chamfer Matching
Algorithm? Thanks
