Dear Group
I have a rotational series (1o increment) of images collected in a geometry
similar to NMR or CAT scan. The imaging mode is called optical projection
tomography. Sharp et.al. Science. 296(5567):541-5, 2002 Apr 19. Basically,
images are taken as the object is rotated through the depth of focus. I am
trying to project this series to create a volume. Any suggestions would be
greatly appreciated.
Cheers
