Plugin not found error.

I plugin that I am developing gives a "Plugin not found error" when I try to
compile it. Can anyone show me how to avoid this.

Also on the cluss name the IDE says that

"The serializable class MyCLASS does not declare a static final
serialVersionUID field of
 type long"
