Confluency plugin or module?

Is there something in ImageJ that will measure confluency for suspended
cells?  I have a page with three sample images (http://www.pkts.ca/bio/)
but I haven't figured out how to use ImageJ for this yet.

I'm looking at the online manual at
http://www.uhnresearch.ca/facilities/wcif/imagej/index.htm 
but it doesn't seem to have something for this.

The closest I've come is to threshold the image, histogram it, save the
list, and then whip out my calculator to find the confluency.
