Compartmental Analysis Tutorial Plugin

I have posted an educational plugin, Compartments_TP, at http://
www.med.harvard.edu/JPNM/ij/plugins/CompartmentsTP.html.  It performs  
simulations for a few simple compartmental analysis models.  There is  
also a manual which explains the models.  I also have posted an  
version which runs from an applet at http://www.med.harvard.edu/JPNM/ 
ij/applets/.

This plugin is intended as an easily available resource for learning  
about compartmental analysis.  Its goals are fairly modest.  For a  
more complete, free resource, see for example http://
dragon.nuc.ucla.edu/kis/index.html.

I've never done any compartmental analysis myself.  Hopefully, more  
knowledgeable ImageJ users will let me know about the naive errors I  
have made.
