There is Quantity one software - the basic version is free and includes most of the features needed.  You can download it from Bio-Rad web site http://www.bio-rad.com

Clip the "literature/software" tab
Search type:  software downloads
Search for:  quantity one

Clic the red "register" in the text to get a free login and password
Then login and download it
