Multi Measure updated

The Multi Measure plugin has been significantly updated.  Ulrik Stervbo
added ROI labels and a JTable facility to manage them, as well as bug fixes
and other enhancements.  A button to add slice numbers in the results has
also been added to address a request by Yousef Mazaheri Tehrani.
