Thanks for your reply. The problem was indeed related to the size of
memory allocation.
the problem would occur, beneath it there was no problem.
to 1.5.0_06 to resolve the problem. This didn't help when upgrading with
resolved the problem. I have now 3000 MB as the Maximum memmory
allocation limit, and ImageJ seems to have no problems when running.
