Looking for plugin - Daugman algorthm, or at a minimum, Gabor wavelets

I'm interested in an ImageJ plugin that implements the Daugman
algorithm, originally applied to iris recognition, as described in the
tutorial at  http://cnx.rice.edu/content/col10256/latest/.

I would also be interested in a plugin that implements Gabor wavelet
filtering, as a stand-alone plugin.

Of course, I am most interested in free plugins, but if none are
available, would consider a commercial plugin.
