Java 1.5.0_06 problems

I have found an intermittent problem with Java 1.5.0_06 under linux where some
dialog boxes completely disappear suddenly (when the dialog should open) and
only the title bar is visible. The dialog cannot be closed and the only way
is to end IJ by Ctrl+C on the console.

I have reinstalled 1.5.0_05 and so far I have not had the problem.

Has anybody else seen that?
