saving x/y coordinates with their value

Hi Everybody,
I've just begun using ImageJ for TEM diffraction pattern analysis. I just
can't save the whole x and y coordinates with their relative value on
image. As a matter of fact, i just can save the x and y selection but
never the three of them.
What should I do?
