3D reconstructions

Hi everybody!

I'm trying to do 3d reconstructions from confocal stacks taken in a Leica
microscope.

Is there any plugin which makes so?

I also would like to process the stack and then use Leica Confocal Software
again, but I would have to save as a leica file, is there any way to do
that?
