Hello!

 

I'm a new user of Imagej ( and I must say it's great) but I'm not very
proficient yet!

 

I have an image (from a histological slide) which I have thresholded and
skeletonized.

 

Now I have an image with lots (approx 20) irregular shaped objects with a 1
pixel thickness. I am trying to use the 'analyse particles' command to
measure the linear length of each of these objects (for example if the shape
was a circle I would be looking for the circumference) and have the results
displayed in the pop-up box.....but I can't manage it!

 

Is there any way to do this at all?!
