StackReg or similar

Hello everyone,

I have a filtered stack which works very nice with StackReg, but in
addition to a well aligned stack I would like to get the used
transformations (in modes transform and rigid i.e.).
My focus lies only on the position offsets.

Something like verbose to log would be fine.

If not possible, is there another way to get these values?
