Sorting pixels in ImageJ

Dear List,

I would like to be able to sort, in a stack, all pixels in some channel X
by their value in another channel Y, then output the sorted pixels to a
table. Optimally, I would like to be able to do this for both individual
images (each with multiple channels) in a stack ("imagewise?") as well as
across the whole stack using averaged values ("stackwise?") So, is there a
sorting capability in imageJ, and how would one
