Hi,
I've been using ImageJ for years and I think I've used the
File/ Import / Image SequenceŠ command before and it used
to work but alas no more, not for me
When I select the command I get the Open Image Sequence...
but all the files are grayed out, so I cannot select anything,
but directory names.
This is ImageJ64.app 1.46r on Mac OS X 10.8.2.
The About... dialog shows Java 1.6.0_77 (64 bit).
Anyway from terminal I get:
java -version
java version "1.7.0_07"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.7.0_07-b10)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 23.3-b01, mixed mode)
Launching the ImageJ from terminal with:
java -jar /Applications/ImageJ/ImageJ64.app/Contents/Resources/Java/ij.jar
And when trying
File/ Import / Image SequenceŠ
When I select the command I get the Open Image Sequence...
and files are not grayed out so I can select one of the
image files and click Open button.
But then nothing happens.
No error messages, no nothing.
I've tried both .png and .tiff files.
The filenames are of the form
filename-001.tiff
filename-002.tiff
etc
File / Import / Raw...does work for me so that
is work around if I ouput raw files but less than
ideal.
So am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
