As I continued to watch others' replies to your request I realized that I had read your initial email too hurriedly. No, as far as I am aware JACoP is not going to be helpful to your situation. I mistakenly thought you were after object-based colocalization.

I am familiar with JACop. I had a look at this option, but I could not find a way to make use of this. Or would you have an idea on how?
