Fwd: Problems with stack-histogram AND "set"

Hello,

I want to threshold CT-scans of some mice. Therefor the only relevant I want to see is the bone above a lower threshold of about 6500. The upper threshold should be the maximal value of the stack. I think that the easiest way would be using the "stack-histogram" but every time I want to define my threshold by using "set" the histogram switches to the "slice-histogram" witch has of course other min/max value as the whole stack.
Is this switching to the "slice-histogram" (after the use of "set") a bug or am I wrong in any procedure?
