The older version of that manual is available here (~2006): http://www.uhnresearch.ca/facilities/wcif/imagej/  

I think their entire site (macbiophotonics.ca) is down temporarily, all the links have been disabled.

but the page doesn't exist anymore. Does somebody know where it is ?
Does somebody know how to use the bleaching correction of MBF ?
