Chlorophyll content

Hi,

Is there any of the method through which we can find the chlorophyl content of the rice plant with the help of imageJ.
It needs three steps that all i know.
1.) image enhancement ( This i have done.)
2.) finding R, G, B content.
3.) applying the Formulae of chlorophyl content.
Basically i need to know that how to calculate the R,G,B content automatically.
