Hi Frank,
You can use the Plugins > Utilities > Capture Image command, that will
create an RGB flattened version of you annotated image.
Because you're a mac user, you could also use the builtin mac
"shift-ctrl-cmd-4" shortcut and paste to a new image or other
software.
