Colocalization analysis

Hi, I am just wondering if there is any way to quantify colocalization between to IF stains when one antigen is nuclear and the other is cytoplasmic?  So far I have only been able to use the ImageJ plugins I have found for two nuclear or two cytoplasmic stains.  Any help is much appreciated!
