Protein Array Analyzer for ImageJ

Hallo everyone.

I am using Protein Array Analyzer for ImageJ (by Gilles Carpentier) to analyze a Raybio cytokines array. A "Macro Error" window shows up, whenever I try to use "set internal reference and control" or any option on the Group pattern menu for normalization. The error window says "Index (0) out of 0--1 range in line 2269" and it shows a debug window but i dont know what i need to do with it to fix the problem.
