capture the pixel on image

Hi, i'm a student of polytechnic of Turin, i'm doing a thesis on a graph java software to manage the trajectory of an unmanned aircraft: now I must georeferences my map; I already have the algorithms for the coordinates but I can only capture the panel pixels. I want to capture the pixels of the image that is larger than the panel where there is resized.
Unfortunately I can not use the scroll bar because I have to keep the layout of the image that I attach.
