This is not correct. To eliminate ambiguity, it is best to use Image>Adjust>Threshold to threshold images to be measured using the Measure command and the particle analyzer. Measurements done by Analyze>Measure are limited to thresholded pixels when "Limit to Threshold" is enabled in Analyze>Set Measurements.
