Kathy thank you very much for your reply. I understand what you mean perfectly. The only thing I just have not figured out is exactly how to do the inversion you talked about in image J. Do you mind telling me? Also what type of threshold did you use because there are about 7 different thresholding methods. Thanks a lot for responding on time.
