I noticed two problems with the job:

1) there is no 1.47. That means that there was never a 1.47 uploaded to
   http://imagej.net/ij.jar.

2) I see that you built your own packaging on
   http://imagej.nih.gov/ij/download.html which is fine -- of course! -- but
   I hoped that all my efforts and the time I spent on ImageJ1-releases would
   not be spent in vain.
