Permission to publish screenshot of ImageJ

Dear communitiy,

whom do I have to ask whether I can include a ImageJ screenshot (no reference whatsevere to the subject can be seen, only a pixeled graphic and the resulting table) into a paper of mine, which I will submit for publication in a scientific journal?

Or is this not necessary because the software is open-source?
