To clarify: if you are the creator of said screenshot, you can choose
whatever license you want for it.
It is like taking a photograph: if you took the picture, it is for you to
decide how it can be distributed; the camera manufacturer has no say in
it, unless the license for using the camera had some clauses (in which
case the camera manufacturer would be out of business pretty quickly).
