Please note that I removed some MacOSX-specific files. To keep your local
clone up-to-date, please call

        git pull

in the ij1-installer directory. It will notify you that the files

        app/macros/.FBCIndex
        app/macros/.FBCLockFolder/.FBCSemaphoreFile

were deleted.
