Linescans in ImageJ

Hello to all,

I have a question related to the linescans in ImageJ.
I have measured the intensity of a part of my picture with the freehand line tool. With the command "Plot Profile" I have got the grey values which are plotted over the distance of my linescan.
Is there a possibility to get the average grey value of a specific part of the plot? I only know how to get the average value of the whole plot.
