If you select "Plot Z-axis Profile" (Image> Stack>...) you get the option to make a profile in Z or time. It only does not work on a line so you need to make for example a Rectangular selection.

This seems like a very simple issue: I have a 5-dimensional image with z and t progressions (using image5D plugin to view). All i want is to produce a T-projection line graph. It should be the same as the Z-Project command, but using the t series images (for a given z value) instead of the z series.
How??
